Full Service Design

With our Full Service Design, we are involved in every step of the way. From our first meeting, all the way to the final furniture install. We curate a perfect and seamless design experience just for you with our 3 simple phases.

Phase 1- Initial Meeting

The initial meeting takes place in your home, where we will get to know each other, discuss the scope of work, your wish list, and your budget.

Phase 2- Design Development

We handle all the selections of items from finishes to furniture.

INCLUDES

Full design plans for all included spaces with selections on furniture, decor, colour scheme, window treatments, lighting, and finishes.
Detailed scope of work and budget breakdown
Floor plans, elevation drawings, millwork, and lighting plans
In-person design presentation of full design plan with fabrics, colours, and material selections

Phase 3- Project Management and Installation

We take care of it all. From project managing and coordinating with trades and contractors, to ordering and managing furniture and decor. Once construction is complete, we will install all items and set up all of your spaces for you, ready to be loved.
